Meet the Chef

Meet our new chef, Gordon Jones. He has a wealth of experience and was voted 'Pub Chef of the Year' in Wales in 2016!

Since joining us at The Baltic Inn, Gordon has transformed the menu and brought a new standard to the restaurant. We have bookings from across the country from people who are keen to try his latest dish - and many locals who visit us several times a month.

Over his long career, he has worked at some of the finest restaurants and pubs in the country, which has contributed to his ability to make any dish a must-try.

In his own words:'I have been very lucky to have worked at and with some very select restaurants and chefs. I am a great believer that you reap the rewards from the commitment you give, so I respect the produce, staff and customers because all are vitally important.'
